When I got back toPrague, after being back in Nebraska, the first week of January I felt revived and ready to dive into school and the European way of life again. I started my third class for my Masters Degree.
Michael Mesko and I took a trip toSlovakia. We mixed business and pleasure and went to the Czech Embassy in Bratislava to apply for my school permit- though that ended up being unsuccessful- the rest of the trip was great. We took a train a couple of hours to a small town in Slovakia where some of his family lived. We stayed with his cousin Roman and visited his sweet grandparents and had the best goulash! Even though I couldn’t communicate with his grandparents I had a great time with them since Michael and Roman spent a lot of time translating for us.
