With my mom and sister only being in Europe for 10 days it was hard to decide where to go and how to fit as much in as we could while still being able to walk!  So we decided to fly to Venice from Prague then take a train to Verona and another train to Munich and then back to Prague from there.  None of us had been to any of those places so it was quite an adventure.  Overall it went really well.

Our very first stop when we got off the ferry was not to our accommodation, nope, it was to get pizza.  If you’ve ever been to Italy you know how amazing the pizza tastes there!  It did not disappoint either.  Then after about 40 minutes walking around in circles we found our place.  We were lucky with the bed and breakfast type place we ended up staying at.  It had a little kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms AND it was right next to a beach (which we didn’t realize until we got there).  We spent the rest of the day walking around Lido di Venezia Island.  The next day we spent in Venice.  We pretty much shopped and ate, shopped and ate!  Oh and we went on a Gondola ride of course.

In May my best friend in Prague, Jen, left to go back to the states.  We had a blast at her going away party though.  I think we’ll both always have a soft spot in our hearts for The Harley Bar.

I then spent the entire month excited for my mom and sister to come visit.  They spent two weeks in Europe with me.  We went to all the touristy spots, and ate at my favorite restaurants in Prague.Image Image

Then we flew to Venice, Italy and spent a couple days there, then took a train to Verona, Italy and finally ended up in Munich, Germany.  I could write 10 pages about our trip.  It was a great time.  We saw some amazing places and made some unforgettable memories.  I’m going to have to break this trip down soon for you.  Too many pictures and fun stories to share!
